2025 Annual Meeting Registration

The OTSA annual meeting will be held from 29 to 31 May 2025 at Hellenic College/Holy Cross (Boston) with the theme of Human experience: How does it shape theology and church life?

Travel Grants

Ten grants for up to $500 each, to cover travel expenses and lodging in the dorms, are available for presenters who attend the entire conference and apply for assistance. You may apply for the travel grant as soon as your proposal is accepted, and grants will be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis.

Registration and Housing

Registration for the Annual Meeting is $75.00, and meals for the meeting will be an additional $75.00. Registration includes light breakfasts, break snacks and refreshments, the Florovsky lecture reception, and conference materials. Meals are Thursday dinner, Friday lunch and dinner, and Saturday lunch. Attendees will have the option of staying in the dorms at HCHC for $30.00/night; bedding is provided, but attendees bring their own towels and toiletries.
